'Global-Pacific' an ISO 9001:2008 is a Maritime venture of young competent professionals aiming at providing a complete range of services to Ship Owner, Ship Management Company, Mariners & Merchant Navy aspirants . Its various activities include identification of suitable candidates for Maritime positions at all Ranks in leading Shipping Companies world wide with exposure, counseling, pre-induction training/courses and actual placement through RPSL holder shipping companies. This organization also acts as a liaison unit/ coordinator for a large number of shipping companies and ship owners in matters of HR Management and other allied activities. For same we have our own travel house to meet all traveling requirements.
We have at present vacancies for all ranks (Officers and Sailors) on our varied fleet comprising Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Gas Carriers, Containers, Bulk Carriers, Off Shore Supply Vessels and Dynamic Positioning Vessels.
The multi-faceted activities at GLOBAL-PACIFIC, commences with counseling and motivating potential sailors for various opportunities available for them in the Merchant Navy as deck officers, engineers, ratings, caterers and cabin services, followed by their subsequent successful placement on board. GLOBAL-PACIFIC has an "Academic CONSORTIUM" for providing professional counseling and placements in the field of Executive and Technical Marine studies to promote excellence by way of providing future academic options to Graduates and Under-Graduates based on their potential, in the Maritime Industry, which is at present all set to take on the reins for an exciting and challenging sea career for the mentally robust and the physically fit.
As a humanitarian gesture to an aspirant lacking a certain pre requisite in the field of education, we also undertake coaching to prepare them for pre-induction/pre sea courses prior to placement.
We undertake selection of candidates, preparation for pre-sea training and their placement on a ship for appropriate trade viz Deck cadets, Trainee Marine engineers, Deck ratings, Engine room ratings, Saloon and Ward room services.
GLOBAL-PACIFIC has been entrusted by leading shipping lines worldwide to induct seafarers, conduct recruitment drive, by way of entrance screenings and counseling in order to secure Mercantile personnel both in executive and engineering branches, as India today has one of the best seafarers in the world. Leading shipping companies and ship owners obtain trained man power from us in the entire spectrum of on board activities.
GLOBAL-PACIFIC conducts all India recruitment drives, on behalf of leading shipping Companies/ Training Academies as per their recruitment plans and positions Officers, Ratings, cadets and trainees qualifying the grades/requirements.
